Under the scorching sun along the Atlantic coast of West Africa, a profound transportation revolution is quietly unfolding on the transport routes connecting cement factories and engineering project sites. As the region's leading cement manufacturer, SC Company has long shouldered the responsibility of transporting core materials for regional infrastructure. The pioneer of this revolution is SHACMAN, a leading commercial vehicle brand from China, and its newly launched H3000e new energy solution.

For years, SC Company has been a steadfast partner of SHACMAN. From the iconic S2000 series to the highly acclaimed F2000 and F3000 heavy-duty trucks, SHACMAN has supported SC through countless days of efficient transportation, delivering products renowned for their durability and reliable performance. SC's core transport route spans 70 kilometers, requiring cement plants to load full cement clinker, traverse bustling urban centers, and deliver to various construction sites. Previously, the company's fleet of nearly 100 SHACMAN diesel trucks largely met daily transportation needs. However, long-term operation revealed that traditional fuel-powered vehicles faced challenges like high energy consumption, slow refueling, safety risks, and persistently high operational costs, which gradually became bottlenecks hindering the company's efforts to enhance efficiency and quality.

The H3000e has demonstrated exceptional performance in both range and charging efficiency. Its 350 kWh battery pack, combined with an intelligent adaptive kinetic energy recovery system, achieves optimal energy consumption—reducing energy usage by up to 6% compared to traditional fuel vehicles. Even when fully loaded with 65 tons of cement clinker, it maintains a range of 190 kilometers. This outstanding performance allows the H3000e to effortlessly complete a 70-kilometer one-way transportation task without mid-route charging, completely eliminating the "range anxiety" associated with heavy-duty new energy vehicles. Notably, the H3000e offers two flexible charging options: a 5-minute fast battery swap mode matching the efficiency of diesel refueling, perfectly suited for logistics operations where time is of the essence, and a dual-charging port fast charging mode delivering 250 kW total power output to fully charge the battery in under 1.5 hours. These complementary charging methods significantly reduce downtime for refueling, enhance operational efficiency, and create additional revenue opportunities for SC.

The core requirements of heavy-duty transportation lie in power and load-bearing capacity, and the H3000e demonstrates exceptional performance in this domain. The vehicle is equipped with a high-performance motor delivering 410 kW peak power and 2,400 Nm maximum torque. Paired with a 16-ton dual-stage axle and a 7.63-speed ratio design, it is specifically engineered for heavy-load startup scenarios, ensuring smooth and powerful acceleration even under full load. With such robust power configuration, the H3000e's theoretical total weight reaches 90 tons, fully meeting SC's daily transportation demand of 65 tons of cement clinker. Even in challenging road conditions across West Africa, it handles tasks with ease, elevating transportation efficiency to new heights.

Beyond comprehensive upgrades in performance and safety, the H3000e has delivered tangible operational cost savings for SC. In West Africa, traditional diesel trucks face the persistent industry challenge of fuel theft, which not only causes direct financial losses but also disrupts transportation schedules. The H3000e's electric drive fundamentally eliminates this risk. Moreover, electricity consumption costs significantly lower than diesel. Operational data shows each H3000e saves up to $48.3 per 100 kilometers compared to conventional diesel trucks. With 20 H3000e electric tractors currently in operation, SC has achieved substantial cost reductions combined with lower maintenance expenses, significantly boosting corporate profitability. This demonstrates the efficiency and practicality of SHACMAN's new energy solutions.

Going forward, SHACMAN will continue to prioritize technological innovation, expand its global footprint, and deliver superior, efficient, and eco-friendly transportation solutions to partners worldwide. By collaborating with enterprises across nations, we are committed to driving the green transformation and sustainable development of the global logistics industry.
